What's inside?
Lavender: with its distinctive aroma and countless applications, Lavender has become one of the most popular essential oils of all time. Ancient Romans and Egyptians used Lavender for bathing. Since then, the broader public has discovered its long list of other beneficial uses. Due to its properties that promote healthy, clear skin, Lavender essential oil has also become common in the cosmetic and perfume industries. In addition, thanks to its calming properties, it is often used to relax the body and improve mood. Therefore, due to its versatile benefits, Lavender essential oil is good to have on hand everywhere, no matter where you go.
Rosemary: Rosemary is an aromatic, evergreen shrub whose leaves are popular for flavouring foods such as stuffing, pork, roast lamb, chicken, or turkey. In ancient Greek, Roman, Egyptian, and Hebrew cultures, highly prized Rosemary was revered as a sacred plant. Due to its herbaceous and energising scent, Rosemary essential oil is also frequently used for aroma and massage therapy purposes.
Wild Orange: cold-pressed from the peel, Wild Orange essential oil is one of dōTERRA's best-selling essential oils thanks to its energising aroma and numerous beneficial effects. Rich in monoterpenes, Wild Orange essential oil calms the skin, making it a pleasant addition to various beauty products.
Spearmint: Spearmint is a sweet, refreshing herb and spice, popular worldwide as a flavouring. Due to its minty taste, which provides fresh breath, it is widely used in chewing gums, sweets, and oral care products. Spearmint essential oil differs significantly from Peppermint: among other things, it offers a milder alternative for flavouring food. In the kitchen, Spearmint can be a wonderful addition to salads, drinks, and desserts, and can also be excellently used for homemade salad dressings and marinating meats.
Copaiba: Copaiba essential oil is extracted from an aromatic tropical tree species native to South America. Indigenous peoples of North and Northeast Brazil have used Copaiba essential oil in their traditional remedies since the 16th century. Copaiba essential oil is widely used as an ingredient in cosmetic preparations such as soaps, creams, lotions, and perfumes, taking advantage of its skin-calming properties. Apply topically combined with a carrier oil or your moisturiser to help promote visibly healthy skin.
